When the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall was interested in getting started in mobile marketing, Superfly Digital was up to the challenge of developing and implementing a text message marketing strategy for one of the finest entertainment venues in the country.
Located in Fort Myers, Florida, The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall is host to many productions and programs including; touring Broadway shows, concerts, comedy shows, symphony concerts and ballet performances just to name a few. So the challenge was to develop a mobile marketing program that would communicate all of the exciting shows and programs while being mindful of the amount of messaging being sent to mobile members.

The result was the development of the Encore Club Text Message Program featuring User-Selected Mobile Content. Superfly Digital created mobile “keywords” specific to each entertainment segment of the venue for customers to opt-in based on their entertainment interests. This allows the venue to create and send custom messaging based on each mobile member’s entertainment preferences.
