Sonny’s Real Pit Bar-B-Q
Sonny’s Real Pit Bar-B-Q is one of the largest, most popular Bar-B-Q chains in the Southeast with over 127 locations in nine southeastern states. The restaurant chain was seeking a new way to provide time-sensitive offers, coupons, contests and sweepstakes promotions to customers to drive traffic during non-peak days and hours. In addition, the locations wanted an opportunity to increase brand loyalty by utilizing a new marketing solution to reach their core audience.
Superfly Digital’s Solution
Superfly Digital designed and developed the Sonny’s Mobile Club and created a mobile “keyword” for each restaurant location to enable store-specific communication. This customer-relationship-management (CRM) solution provided Sonny’s with the ability to send out compelling, store-specific offers on a weekly basis with redemption timeframes ranging from a few hours to up to 3 days. In addition to mobile coupons, text-to-win sweepstakes and contests were also executed to take advantage of this cost-efficient marketing method.
